QUALITY OF CANVASES
We pride ourselves in the quality of our canvases. Here are some examples of professional finishing that are so important towards presenting your art in a professional manner and style.
CANVAS & FIXINGS
We
use cotton artist’s canvas fitted
with galvanised
fixings to prevent rusting on the back of the canvas.
(Fixings covered by tape
after fitting.)
CORNERS
Neatly
folded corners to look good and to make sure the rest of the canvas
stays flat to the frame.
EYELETS & CORD
Hanging
eyelets and cord, ready for you to hang. Tape to hide canvas edges.
TENSION WEDGES
Tension
wedges and expanding corners to ensure correct canvas tension.
FRAMES & FINISH
All canvases are stretched over 4cm thick wooden frames, hand finished with two coats of varnish and supplied ready to hang.
